Terms of Use

These terms apply to Tunely: Add Music to Video, Framy: Video to Photo, Slidy: Photo Slideshow Maker, Slomi: Slow Motion Video, Cropy: Crop & Rotate Video, Slicely: Video Splitter, Stitchly: Video Merger (“the apps”), published by FightTech. By installing or using an app you agree to them.

1. The service

The apps are on-device video and photo tools. The free version allows 5 exports per day with no watermark. Premium removes the daily limit and unlocks the extra options marked with a crown in each app.

2. Premium subscriptions and purchases

• Plans: Premium Monthly, Premium Yearly (which may include a free trial) and Premium Lifetime (a one-time purchase). Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play in your local currency before you pay.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancelling: open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the paid period ends. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trial: if you cancel during the trial you are not charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
• Restoring: on a new phone, use Settings → Restore purchases with the same Google account.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, photos and music you edit. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use, including music you add to a video, and for how you share the results.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the apps to break the law or to infringe other people's rights. Do not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the apps.

5. No warranty

The apps are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every file format or device is supported. Keep a copy of important originals; the apps never modify your original files.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FightTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
